I've been toying with the idea of changing the backgrounds of ALL of my photos to red. Right now I use a variety of colors/styles for the backgrounds when I take pictures of my pieces. Some customers say it's interesting and fun to have such a variety of backgrounds when browsing through my designs. Others say that it would look better if there was more continuity throughout the photos. What do you think?

I've never actually noticed a difference. But now that I think about it, I would say that was because the background always seemed to compliment the particular item, so it seemed to just go together.
I say keep doing what feels right to you.
i like the different backgrounds MUCH better...i think the backgrounds you choose are ADORABLE and would soooo stick with that. (maybe its b/c i dont like red ! hehe)
I like the brighter background, makes the design pop out better.
