The Inspired Wedding

For a couple of years I have been working with Emma from Emmaline Bride. If you haven’t checked out the handmade wedding site you should! Today I am honored to share a little about Emma’s new book, The Inspired Wedding.

It’s a classy, modern wedding planning book with TONS of ideas and inspiration. My monogram cake topper is even featured in the book! (Quite an honor to be included in such a cool collection.)

I wanted to share with you a spread from the book about THE CAKE! It gives some ideas for making your cake a little less traditional by using spunky cake toppers. One idea Emma mentions is going for a favorite treat instead of a cake – “…like doughnuts from your favorite bakery and ice-cold individual cartons of milk.” WHAT?! How cute is that idea!
